Patti's Policies

We try to keep some common sense policies to help everyone have the best situation possible.

Order Notices

We require 24 – 48 hours notice prior to your pickup time of an order. We make everything from scratch and this takes some time to prepare, this is why we require a little bit of a notice.

Cancellation Notices

We require 48 hours notice prior to your pickup time to cancel an order. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your next order if your event has been postponed by a family emergency.

Missed Pickups

We will make attempts to contact you before we close. We can not stay after our normal business hours to wait for a missed or forgotten pickup. Your order will be available until the following business day. We will not keep your order any longer than this, as it will start to affect the quality of your order. Deposits will not be refunded in this case.

Order Pickups

Once an order has been picked up by you or your designated party and leaves our bakery, it is considered “ACCEPTED”.

Transporting Orders

Once an item leaves our bakery, you are 100% responsible for transporting your order safely.  Never place cakes and other baked goods on your seats. Please place your order on a level surface in your vehicle (floor or cargo area).  We recommend a yoga mat or similar material to prevent movement of your packaged item.  Also, items placed in a heated vehicle will melt. We recommend you take the items immediately home. In some cases, we offer transportation and catering. Please call for details.

Q: I have food allergies. Can Patti’s accommodate my needs?

A: Short answer, Yes. For those that need to have Gluten-Free or Lactose-Free baked goods, we sell local speciality products from our friends at Gluuteny. Please contact us for details.

Q: Should I refrigerate my cake or cupcakes?

A: No, refrigerating your baked goods will dry them out. We make our baked goods from scratch, using only the finest ingredients, and baked in small batches throughout the day to ensure the quality of our goods. Our goods are made without preservatives and should be enjoyed on the day received. If you plan on storing your cake or cupcakes overnight, tightly wrap the box in plastic wrap and leave at room temperature.

Q: Does Patti’s Pasticceria Cater Events and Weddings?

A: Yes, we love catering special events with Cakes, Cookies, Cupcakes, Cannolis, and More! For pricing and details, please contact us.

Q: What Soups do you have available?
